Football Fridays take place, you guessed it, on Fridays! Just about anybody can turn up and play as long as they're ready for a furious 5-a-side football match!
The matches take place at the Stepney Green Astro Pitches, walking distance from Mile End Station. Brothers meet in the Prayer Room for 'Asr at 2:30 and then travel together in a group for the start at 3PM. If you can't make it to the Prayer Room at that time, feel free to get to the Pitches yourself. A map of the location as well as directions will be posted up soon inshaAllaah!
The Brothers usually play until Maghrib time and won't cancel unless the weather forces them otherwise. Brothers are advised to wear astro-turf football boots and shin pads for their own safety.
